Do you have a small business but can't afford the high lease rates to rent a store front?
The Pavilion may be your answer to success!
- It is a permanent, secure place to display your merchandise.
- The Pavilion gate is locked at closing ands the Mall is locked after hours.
- The Pavilion is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm; closed on Sundays and Wednesdays
- You do not have to attend your business at all times. This is a cooperative effort by all vendors, therefore each vendor will be required to work at least 10 hours a month in order to give others a break.
- Parking is Free.
- Clean Rest rooms are across the Hall.
- It is quiet -- no street noise.
- You decide how much space you need.
- A common space is in front of the room to display some of your products.
- There is no security deposit required.
- There is no percentage of your sales required.
- An AZ state licence (free) and Mesa license (Check City of Mesa for fee) is required.
- Rental rate is $1.00 per square foot per month. (example: 10x10=$100/month)
- If you rent for 3 months in a row, your fourth month is half price.
- If you rent for 6 months in a row, your seventh month is free.
We are currently working on a plan so that all vendors will be able to accept credit cards. There will be a small fee for each credit card purchase but that info will be forthcoming.
